Katherine, thank you. It was awesome to see the kids discuss and talk about people/neighbors/friends that they know who have autism in its various forms. I personally love your writing and the way that you portrayed the characters. As a seventh grade we are deep into NaNoWriMo, and your novel/writing will inspire us. Thank You again
Thanks, Mr. Campbell! It’s always heartwarming to hear about kids making a connection with others, especially when it’s inspired by a book. Please tell your students I’m impressed that they’re participating in NaNoWriMo and would love to hear about what they’re writing. I’m using November to really work on my current novel and it’s helpful to be surrounded by writers all busily doing the same thing. Keep at it!
