A Welcoming Tradition

Here on Guam, we have been so fortunate to be greeted with such warmth and kindness, both intangible and tangible.  Look at the beautiful leis we’ve received — one crocheted by the giver, the others also handmade with fresh flowers that are actually from the designer’s own garden.  The scent of the white plumeria flowers still lingers with me . . . and takes me to another world.  Thank you, ladies of Guam, for these beautiful welcomes!
